The company has been innovating for over 25 years. The result of which was the creation of more than 30 patented inventions that are at the stage of implementation or are successfully applied in production. The enterprise carries out research and development work on the development and manufacture of prototypes of new pumping and compression equipment, as well as work on improving or optimizing the units of machines and assemblies. New formulations of rubber compounds are being created and production technologies are being improved. Innovative technologies are being mastered, which make it possible to meet the high requirements of customers, including the implementation of import substitution.

Swellable elastomeric materials for well isolation and for isolation of interlayer cross-flows
At present the formulation of water swellable elastomeric materials that swell in various media is of high priority due to their wide use in many industries. Swellable elastomeric materials operating in tap and well (high-mineralized) water and in hydrocarbon media are successfully applied in oil production industry as self-sealing elastomer products for well isolation, isolation of interlayer cross-flows, squeeze jobs in oil wells and for waterproofing in various other fields.
Specialists of the REAM-RTI have formulated elastomeric compounds than can swell both in tap and in well water (mineralization is 3%... 25%) and in hydrocarbon media with the required swelling behaviour, e.g. within 7 days.
The products where the formulated elastomeric compounds are applied can endure pressure difference in the sealing zone of up to 17 MPa.
