The company has been innovating for over 25 years. The result of which was the creation of more than 30 patented inventions that are at the stage of implementation or are successfully applied in production. The enterprise carries out research and development work on the development and manufacture of prototypes of new pumping and compression equipment, as well as work on improving or optimizing the units of machines and assemblies. New formulations of rubber compounds are being created and production technologies are being improved. Innovative technologies are being mastered, which make it possible to meet the high requirements of customers, including the implementation of import substitution.

Absorptive-absortive treatment of technical rubber products by non-ionic surfactants
Elastomeric compounds used for production of seals, marine bearings, PCP pump/drill motor stators and other heavy duty components that are exposed to sliding friction against smooth metal surfaces must have high resistance and exhibit low friction coefficient and minimal breakout torque. BY
Adsorptive-absortive treatment (AAT) is the dipping of finished products into the modifier medium, resulting in the modifier being adsorbed onto the product surface and then penetrating (absorbing) into the surface layers of the material. In course of time the modifier migrates onto the surface of the material and creates a functional layer, e.g. a low friction layer or/and anti-corrosive highly resistant layer.
