REAM-RTI has a number of stands for determining the characteristics of filter elements in accordance with GOST R 50554-94 (determination of hydraulic characteristics, nominal filtration fineness, etc.), a stand for testing stages and sections of borehole pumps with a working pressure of up to 25 MPa.
In the arsenal of REAM-RTI there is a 3D printer, which is an effective tool for rapid prototyping of the equipment and components being developed.
This high-tech equipment is used primarily to create plastic models of elements of a downhole gerotor pump (stage elements), an electric driven centrifugal pump (impeller, guide vanes), and piston hydraulic protection. Manufacturing samples of parts from both conventional plastics such as ABS, PETG, and PA, PEEK and other engineering plastics allows you to quickly perform mock tests to assess the effectiveness of a particular technical solution without significant time, money and tool shop loading. Additionally, the printer produces oversized plastic devices of various complex geometries, which are necessary for production tasks.
