The main activity of REAM-RTI LLC is focused on the production of high-tech rubber products with special requirements for quality of products.
Original developments provide REAM-RTI LLC stability in the rubber goods market and make its products competitive not only within Russia, but also abroad. This is a family of elastomeric compositions resistant to explosive decompression and, in particular, "slippery" rubbers with a coefficient of friction against steel below 0.2, capable of dry friction. They are used in bearings for petroleum engineering, in pumps for water supply, in units of aerospace vehicles, i.e. where tightness is required at low energy costs. These products have increased abrasion resistance (at the level of polyurethanes), have a wide temperature range and low static friction (breakaway moment).
"REAM-RTI" LLC was the first company in the CIS to master the production of complex products from a new generation of fluoroelastomers of the "Aflas" type, which are successfully used in oil and gas equipment. Traditional rubbers in such conditions simply collapse, breaking the tightness and creating an emergency.
"REAM-RTI" LLC also manufactures products from polymer composites for oil and gas production applications, using materials based on polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) and polyetheretherketone (PEEK). New original technologies have been mastered, which make it possible to manufacture working bodies of submersible pumps from composites with a temperature resistance above 200 ° C, while traditional polymer composites are inferior to them in terms of heat and chemical resistance. On the basis of the same polymer matrices, polymer coating technologies have been successfully developed with heat resistance up to 300 ° C, the surface has high anti-adhesive properties and a low tendency to scale deposits.

Consumers of REAM-RTI products are Russian and foreign companies, manufacturers of oil production equipment: Borets, ALNAS, NOVOMET-Perm and others. In addition, REAM-RTI also works with companies that operate and repair oil production equipment: Surgutneftegaz, Lukoil, and others.
Along with high-quality elastomer products, a team of enthusiasts managed to develop and launch the production of filter element based on Permeable matrix of pressed metal wire (PM) at the company's own funds.
Now the enterprise supplies tens of thousands of filter elements. The use of PM materials provides an increase in the resource and reliability of units and assemblies of machines and mechanisms due to the increased efficiency of filters in aggressive environments, in conditions of high and low temperatures and thermal cycling, with sharp pressure drops. Long service life, resistance to thermal and mechanical shock loads, reduced vibration and noise levels of fittings are the properties that make products based on PM materials attractive.
At present, REAM-RTI LLC produces over 10 million items (over 1000 items) per year. These are rubber sealing rings of various cross-sections, reinforced and unreinforced cuffs, diaphragms, gaskets of various designs, profile seals of complex cross-section, tubes, bellows, dielectric rubber goods for electric rolling stock, PM filters for oil and gas equipment and other products. We can proudly state that "REAM" has come to this market seriously and for a long time.
A lot depends on the performance of the REAM-RTI products. Therefore, the manufactured rubber goods use their own know-how and recipe modifications. The quality assurance of products is facilitated by our own methods of designing technological equipment.
In addition to the developed technologies, an important role is assigned to the principle of operation "from the unit". It was thanks to this approach that it was possible to offer the market products with a 15.5-year period of use in units, which is especially attractive in technology for state needs.
The company's specialists do not just perform work in accordance with the customer's drawings of the product with the given dimensions and requirements. They try to study the problems that may arise during the operation of the node.
The most vulnerable places, the "problem" are determined globally and comprehensively. This is the so-called engineering approach to manufacturing. At their own expense, a pilot sample is created, the customer, after conducting comprehensive tests, can compare the company's product with any domestic and foreign counterparts.
